Database Design News, Issue #018 - RSS Instant updates
June 07, 2005

Adding an RSS instant update feature.

1. Instant site update using RSS.

Dear fellow IT Professional,

At long last, I am putting up an RSS feed on my site! (click for details on what RSS is)

This means that if you subscribe to my RSS feed, your RSS feeder will notify you instantly when new articles are added, content is changed, or other news from the site!

You don't have to check out the site for changes or new articles anymore. Instead it is brought to your attention automatically.

RSS provides a completely new concept of staying informed. I am sure you have noticed small orange icons like popping up all over the Net? Well, it is the start of a new method of keeping up to date with the latest news.

Now you can do that with databasedesign-resource as well: Just go to the homepage and subscribe!

2. Welcome to new subscribers!

Thank you for subscribing to the Database Design News! The number of subscribers is steadily increasing each day.

Hopefully, that means that you have found this site interesting.

For complimentary downloads: See further below.

I hope you will stay with this site for a long time. I truly appreciate you being here.

This newsletter is sent to you because you have subscribed to the Database Design News. If you want to unsubscribe, see bottom of this newsletter.

3. Complimentary downloads.

For new subscribers: Complimentary downloads are placed on the member page Hope you find them helpful!

Remember that you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the eBooks. If you don't have it, LEFT-click on the Adobe icon.

That's all for now!
