myself after working with this database

When I first started at a non-profit medium size organization, with around 250 employees, one of the biggest databases they used at the time, was designed to keep a ranking of songs they sold. The guy who designed this system didn't know much about databases, and thought that for 933 songs, he will need about... let say 933 columns on his db, and that is exactly what he did.

That was handled to me later on, so that I can manage to "improve" this database...

And that is my story,
